Navigator Programs

What’s the difference between guessing (wrong) and getting exactly the right guidance? It’s asking the right person. Unlock your potential and ignite your business by getting the support you need with an experienced navigator. Discover time-tested practical strategies, actions, new skills and ideas to grow and scale your revenue.

Navigator packages are tailored to your goals and situation. This is for individuals and teams – from sales people who want to blast beyond their quota, to founders and sales and marketing leaders. This is not a cookie-cutter approach to coaching. Nothing is off-limits.

The are several ways for you to benefit from my coaching and business experience:

  • Monthly or bimonthly coaching on anything and everything that will move your company forward and achieve success. Sessions are 40 minutes each or more.
  • Ask Me Anything is a subscription based rapid response advisory service for when the stakes are high. Detailed feedback and ideas on an urgent topic, a deal slipping away, or other challenges. Like an advisory board, but better! Async or live options are available.
  • Design your own Navigator Program. Let’s talk about customizing a package that make the most sense for your time constraints and circumstances, for you and your team.

Jam Sessions and Workshops

Whether you are an early-stage startup or growth-stage venture, you need to establish your path forward. Aworkshop or solution-finding, diagnosis meeting is where we craft a strategy for what you need now, guiding your forward trajectory.

Jam Sessions are company specific and intensive to provide concrete results. You set the agenda. From trouble-shooting product/market fit and go-to-market strategy, to creating channel programs or finding investors, crafting sales and fundraising pitches or entering a new market – a strategy and playbook is required.

Founders Advantage OS™ is an interactive workshop with proven approaches, processes, and skills for growth on crucial topics important to you.

  • Jam Sessions are for only your company and customized. Prior to the day of the session there is a debriefing meeting. Jam Sessions are Intense half-day, full-day and multi-day strategy session with options for follow-up and navigation coaching are available.
  • Founders Advantage OS™ workshops are one full day and conducted just for you and your team or open to other tech companies. options for follow-up and navigation coaching are available.
  • Customized deep dives guiding your forward trajectory. From go-to-market plans to sales and funder pitches. Half-day to multi-day options.
